We are assisting one of the UAE's leading and most respected group, in identifying a
seasoned HR Director
to lead the HR function for its large-scale construction division.
The role requires a
strategic HR leader
with hands-on experience managing large workforces across white- and blue-collar categories, driving people strategy, and aligning HR operations with the business's growth and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall HR strategy, policies, and systems for the construction division.
Oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Drive organizational culture, succession planning, and leadership development.
Partner with business heads to align HR practices with operational needs.
Manage a diverse workforce exceeding 5000+ white collared and 40,000+ blue collared employees.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within large
construction, contracting, or Oil & Gas organizations
.
Proven ability to manage large-scale manpower operations and drive strategic HR transformation.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
UAE experience is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
