Our Client is one of the leading names in Facilities Management industry in UAE.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.

\xc2\xb7 Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.

\xc2\xb7 Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

\xc2\xb7 Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

\xc2\xb7 Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.

\xc2\xb7 Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.

Requirements & skills:

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as HR Head / Senior Manager / Director in facility management / hospitality industry.

\xc2\xb7 Overall, 15 years of experience.

\xc2\xb7 Certification in CIPD / SHRM or any other professional HR related preferred.

\xc2\xb7 A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and leadership skills

\xc2\xb7 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Diligent and firm with high ethical standards

\xc2\xb7 BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus.
