. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a
hands-on HR & Office Manager
to build strong
organizational structure, systems, policies, and a healthy workplace culture
, while overseeing daily office and administrative operations.
Role Overview
The HR & Office Manager will play a
strategic and operational role
in setting up and managing
HR systems, operational frameworks, office standards, and company policies
. This role requires someone experienced in
IT and operational system setup
, capable of organizing the company professionally, enforcing discipline, and fostering a
structured yet positive work environment
.
The ideal candidate has experience
building HR and office systems from the ground up
within the UAE market.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Structure & Systems Setup
Design and implement the
organizational structure
, job roles, reporting lines, and departmental frameworks.
Establish
HR systems and workflows
including attendance, leave management, performance tracking, and employee records.
Coordinate with IT service providers to support
HR systems, office software, and operational tools
.
Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems aligned with company standards.
Policies, SOPs & Governance
Develop and implement
HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
, including:
Code of conduct
Disciplinary procedures
Leave and attendance policy
Performance management policy
IT and data usage policy
Ensure compliance with
UAE Labor Law
and internal governance standards.
Maintain policy updates and employee communication.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: manpower planning, job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
suitable for exhibitions, events, and interior fit-out roles.
Coordinate employment contracts, offer letters, probation reviews, and confirmations.
Support employee development, retention, and performance feedback processes.
Office Administration & Operations Oversight
Oversee
day-to-day office administration
, facilities management, and office layout organization.
Ensure office hygiene, safety, discipline, and professional standards are maintained.
Manage office vendors (IT support, cleaning, pantry, stationery, maintenance).
Control office budgets, purchases, and petty cash (if applicable).
Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
Promote a
healthy, respectful, and productive work environment
.
Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Implement engagement initiatives and internal communication practices.
Ensure consistent application of company rules and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
