REQUIREMENTS
? 360-degree HR capability, from recruitment and C&B to policies, payroll,
incentives, and employee engagement.
? Minimum 10 years' HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior
operational HR role.
? Property sector experience OR proven ability to learn industry specifics quickly.
? Provide fast, accurate, data-backed reports to the CEO and senior leadership.
? Host and MC company-wide events, town halls, and celebrations, ensuring
strong employee engagement.
? Implement new HR tools, policies, and workflows with minimal disruption.
? Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
? Note: Only with UAE experience
