We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a productive and engaging work environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to manage various HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. ?
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job design, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and regulations. ?
Performance Management:
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. ?
Employee Relations:
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. ?
Compliance:
Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. ?
Compensation and Benefits:
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ?
Training and Development:
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. ?
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ?
Minimum of 3-4 years of human resources experience covering all HR functions and 3 years as an HR Manager. ?
Experience working in the real estate or investment industry is a must. ?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ?
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ?
