Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company\'s HR strategy to align with business objectives and provide strategic guidance.
- Lead the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes and attract top-tier talent.
- Manage employee development plans, conduct performance assessments, and provide feedback to support career growth.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage compensation policies, benefits programs, and incentive mechanisms to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide data-driven insights, forecast trends, and offer improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws to protect both employee and company rights.
- Lead the HR team, inspire their potential, and provide guidance and feedback.
- \xef\xbb\xbfRequirements:
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities in both Chinese and English
- At least 8 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges or Forex companies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with national and international labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Profound interest and knowledge of the cryptocurrency and Forex industry
