Job Description
:
- Recruitment & Selection (candidate search, curriculum and telephone screening, and scheduling of interviews);
- Training (assistance in diagnosing needs and defining objectives, planning, logistical support and evaluation);
- Career Development and Management (follow-up of the Performance Assessment and Mentoring process);
- Engagement (monitoring of processes inherent to the company?s initiatives).
Job Requirements:
Finalist students of the Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in the areas of Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Management, Economics or Finance; Strong communication skills, quick learning and adaptability; Responsibility, initiative, creativity and results orientation;
