Hr Cum Recruitment Manager

Job Description

The HR Manager cum Recruitment Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resource management, with a strong focus on talent acquisition for the interior fit-out and construction sector. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance to support the company's growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, design, project management, and site positions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from the interior fit-out and construction industry. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in coordination with department heads. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

2. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files. Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management



Coordinate annual and probationary performance appraisals. Support managers in setting performance goals and KPIs. Recommend and implement employee development plans.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Organize employee engagement and team-building activities. Support initiatives to promote company culture and employee satisfaction.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads. Coordinate internal and external training sessions for skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in the

interior fit-out / construction industry

. Proven experience in

end-to-end recruitment

for technical and project-based roles. Strong knowledge of

labor laws

, HR best practices, and HR systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
