Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and HR policies
Coordinate with payroll and ensure compliance with labor law
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related concerns
PRO / Government Relations:
Process visas, Qatar IDs, medicals, fingerprints, and renewals
Handle MOI, MOL, MOCI, Immigration, and other government portals
Manage company CR, trade license, signage, and permits
Coordinate with embassies, ministries, and other authorities
Ensure timely submission and renewal of all legal documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR cum PRO in Qatar
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and government procedures
Experience with Metrash, Hukoomi, MOL, and MOCI systems
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Arabic and English
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
