HR Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain employee records, including personal and employment information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations. Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans. Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related documents. Accounting Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accounting-related documents. Qualification and Skills :
- Master\'s Degree with relevant experience
- Preference for Applicants with UAE experience
- Knowledge of Tally and MS-Office
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
