Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European employees and offices
Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies
Assist with employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding processes in line with local European labour laws
Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries across Europe
Support payroll coordination with local vendors and internal finance teams
Assist with benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
Coordinate HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
Support communication between Dubai headquarters and European stakeholders
Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role
Experience supporting European HR operations or international workforces is preferred
Basic knowledge of employment and HR best practices
Experience working with HRIS systems, microsoft word & excel.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
