Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, factory, and site workers.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and visa renewals.
Track attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll processing.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and WPS payroll.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support administrative tasks and coordination with PRO.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in HR/Administration (preferably in construction, aluminum, glass, or manufacturing industry).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS system.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ODOO HRMS knowledge
Fluency in English, Hindi
