A leading outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Assistant to join immediately.
Responsibilities
Provide counseling on HR policies, procedures, and workflow to workers.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans of new arrived employees.
Provide induction to onboarding employees on company policies and site work.
Passport, Visa & Emirates ID administration
Maintain employee records in line with HR requirements and standards.
Daily data entry in ERP, to generate flawless payroll, pay slip generation, etc.
Deliver necessary office administration work.
Interact with employees on various subjects to solve employee concerns and issues.
Prepare and submit required HR reports and analysis.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 2-year experience as HR Assistant, administrator, or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor in HR or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
