Hr Business Partner/ Manager

Our client provides bespoke corporate solutions and company management services to their clients in the UAE for the last 10 years.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional HR Business Partner to join their team in Dubai.

This role is pivotal in providing administrative support to the Human Resources department while also assisting executives in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the external outsourced HR
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives.
  • Manage executive office communications, responding to inquiries and redirecting information as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR and executive files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate all HR-related training sessions and workshops.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related queries.
  • Facilitate internal communication within the HR department and between HR and other departments.
  • Assist in drafting internal announcements, policy updates, and other communications.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to consistently.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and service-related activities as relayed by the operations team.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or issues promptly to the appropriate authorities and management.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR administration or executive assistance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
