The HR Business Partner\xe2\x80\x99s role is responsible for partnering with the talent team and internal stakeholders across the Groupe to ensure a positive, engaging, and transformative employee journey.

The mix of responsibilities will include process improvement, operational activities and projects to support the various Talent verticals in implementing the overall Talent strategy across the different brands, and ensure a full hybrid employee experience. The role is centered around the verticals of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Education, Community and Engagement, C&B and Systems, and Operational Excellence.

Main Tasks:

Technical & Product
  • Work closely with the Talent team to maintain short-term and long-term capacity plans, reward and recognition plans and employee engagement and retention plan.
  • Provide career guidance to employees and develop understanding of employee career aspirations and engagement or disengagement level.
  • Be the Local Mobility Champion of your market and work closely with the Regional Mobility Champion to ensure the Groupe\xe2\x80\x99s best practices are being applied.
  • Review all proposed internal transfers within the Market and provide recommendations to the Talent team and Regional Mobility Champion and provide the Regional Mobility Champion with support.
  • Enable Managers to lead Performance Management conversations (via MCC) for respective population to ensure a high-performance culture and environment throughout the year.
  • Liaise with the Education vertical lead to ensure proper alignment and execution of the L&D strategy, activities and calendar, and guarantee/report highest rate of attendance/engagement.
  • Liaise with the Performance vertical lead and ensure all plans related to the Performance strategy is delivered across the business and that any employee related update needs to be flagged to the vertical lead.
  • Liaise with the Performance vertical lead on all planned promotions and reviews based on the policies and processes set.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition vertical with sourcing, screening and providing feedback on candidates based in your respective market.
  • Support the Talent team in ensuring the implementation of a flawless, engaging and memorable onboarding experience for all new joiners, from their joining day and throughout their journey with the Groupe.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Talent Operational Excellence vertical and the team members based in your respective market.
  • Support the Community and Engagement Vertical with the launch and execution of any regional or market specific initiatives and ensure high levels of engagement.
  • Support the Comp&Ben vertical whenever required and ensure that all C&B submissions are done on time.
  • Liaise with top local universities to ensure we build a healthy pipeline of interns, and build partnerships with the placement offices.
  • Conduct face to face Exit Interviews with leavers and share detailed feedback, insights and recommendation with the Talent team.
  • Conduct Market mapping whenever required for your respective market.
  • Support the Talent Verticals whenever required on various Talent related requests.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
  • In this role, you are deeply embedded in the Market and the Brands you are supporting and looking after, working closely with Market CEOs, Leads, Managers and the Talent team members to help achieve business goals from a Talent perspective.
  • You will foster collaboration between the different Talent verticals and between Brands and Practices.
  • You will build partnerships between business and Talent verticals (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Education, Community and Engagement, Comp&Ben and Systems, and Operational Excellence).
  • Act as an employee champion and consultant.
  • Be the market SPOC for Resources and all support functions (HR, IT, Finance).
  • Be the market SPOC for Finance related requests (payroll, increases, transfers, and talent status changes)
  • Be the market SPOC for all employees when it comes to Talent related requests and support.
  • Support the HRBP with monthly reporting and headcount/capacity planning to Groupe Finance.
  • Support the HRBP with reporting headcount requests for your respective market on regular basis.

Qualifications
  • You will demonstrate great leadership skills and a consultative approach towards the business. Your ability to collaborate, engage and communicate with a diverse range of people will ensure your success in the role.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar field/role and a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relative experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Have a people-oriented attitude with experience in engaging in talent development.
  • University degree in HR, Business, or any related fields is a plus.
