Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support to our diverse group of companies. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Important Note: This role requires specific industry knowledge. Only candidates with proven HR experience within the UAE Real Estate industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support on business planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that support business objectives.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development.
  • Address employee relations issues, conduct effective and objective investigations, and provide conflict resolution.
UAE Labour Law & Compliance:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on UAE Labour Law, ensuring all HR practices are fully compliant.
  • Manage and oversee all visa and immigration processes, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Leadership & Coverage:
  • Act as the primary reliever and point of contact for all HR matters during the HR Manager's absence.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Mandatory: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion gained within the UAE Real Estate sector.
  • Mandatory: In-depth, proven knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and government portals (Tas'heel, MOHRE, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, demonstrating the ability to be both strategic and operational.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business and the real estate market in the UAE.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Discretion: High level of integrity and professionalism; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A self-starter who takes initiative and pays close attention to details and deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
