Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management and project leads to align HR initiatives with business objectives specific to real estate development.

Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback aligned with project timelines.

Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees, with focus on leadership, safety, and compliance.

Support change management initiatives during business growth, project launches, and organizational restructuring.

Provide guidance on compensation and benefits packages competitive within the UAE real estate market.

Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce metrics and recommend solutions to improve employee retention and productivity.

Champion the company's values and culture, ensuring consistent communication and engagement across diverse teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5-6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and Emiratization policies.

Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

Immediate joining is preferrable.
