HR Business Partner
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, with specific experience in performance evaluation and HR operations within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and operational HR processes.
- Familiarity with automotive industry regulations, workforce management, and production-related HR practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday) and experience with data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
