Our client is the GCC's first within their area of business, focused mainly within financial services. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations excellent processes and ensure they are running smoothly and in compliance with the clients' policies and procedures. You will manage a team of HR Business Partners in the contact centre and ensure high delivery within the SLA target. Key accountabilities of the role will include:
High quality team performance Ensuring rules and regulations are up to date Ensuring that policies and procedures are accurate and aligned with goals and strategies Ensuring that cost-effective plans are in place Budgeting for salaries and headcounts The successful candidate should be proficient in HR practices and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field alongside a CIPD qualification.
