HR Assistant / Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our growing speciality coffee business. The role supports recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of baristas, kitchen staff, waiter and support roles.
Maintain employee records, prepare HR letters, and support payroll inputs.
Handle employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Support visa processing, medicals, EID, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate training schedules and track staff performance records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
at least 2 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality or F&B).
Knowledge of UAE labor law.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
