Job Description

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, handling HR documents, and supporting daily HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media). Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials and communicate feedback to candidates. Help organize and manage the onboarding process for new employees. Ensure all new-hire paperwork is completed and entered into the system. Assist with offboarding employees, including exit interviews and documentation. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in the HR system. Handle sensitive information confidentially. Draft HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork. Assist in creating and distributing HR policies and procedures. Manage the HR department's filing system (digital and physical). Support payroll processes by gathering and inputting data such as attendance and leave records. Assist employees with queries related to benefits, payroll, and policies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist with updating HR policies to reflect legal requirements. Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and events. Support internal communication efforts by creating and distributing announcements and newsletters.

Qualifications:



Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

: 1-2 years of recruitment experience from from country Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Pivot Table, V Look Up, PowerPoint) Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
