Immediately Responsibilities

Entering of new Hires into the HR database, based on the employees approved contract information.
Updating employee payroll information on the HR database (related to salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, new hires) daily.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts and PR Dept. about employee information with respect to leave, loans, deductions, end of service benefits, etc.., for the purpose of processing the monthly payroll.
Preparation and updating of Payroll Data Forms and Personal Data changes renew or transferred employees.
Collection of timesheets for employee relievers (temporary employees), entering of data into HR system and coordinates payment for these employees.
Review all ticket invoicing received from Ticketing Section, to confirm employee leave. Submits these documents to finance in a timeouts fashion.
Maintain all relevant employee records on the database.
Ensure that all files and documentation related to employee are updated and maintained properly and in timely manner.
Assist with producing periodic reports, as requested.
Assisting in the Preparation of Manpower progress.
Screen and filters the CV's / Resumes received from the recruiting sources and submits them on a timely basis to his/her Supervisor.
Keeping all recruitment documentation and files up to date on a daily basis.
Ensure the necessary documentation (Job Offer Letters; Appointment Letters, etc.) is forwarded to hired candidates.
