To support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR processes in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals (Emiratis) as part of the Emiratisation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Process employee requests regarding HR policies, leave, salary certificates, and other HR services.
Coordinate with government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, Tawteen, etc.) for visa, labor card, and other employment-related transactions.
