We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering various HR functions and government-related procedures in compliance with UAE regulations. UAE nationality is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Process payroll and maintain accurate records of attendance and leave.
Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and feedback.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and procedures.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the department.
Maintain accurate records for all HR services provided.
Stay informed about changes in government rules and regulations related to HR functions.
Prioritize and efficiently handle urgent tasks with short notice.
Record and upload employee data on the system and cloud.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
