to support our Human Resources operations across our manufacturing and factory divisions in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR coordination within an industrial or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Department.
Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases for factory staff.
Assist in recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking for production employees.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warnings, memos, and certificates.
Support payroll preparation by providing updated attendance and manpower reports.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
Assist in handling employee relations issues and escalating matters when needed.
Support training coordination, health & safety documentation, and employee engagement programs.
Coordinate with operations, production, and admin teams on HR-related requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
