Job Description

  • Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Implementing training and development plans.
  • Planning quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Updating employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecasting hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Monitoring budgets by department.
10. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

11.Prepares and inputs payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll.

12.Ensure the accuracy of all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions.
