• Ensure compliance and communications with all existing policies and procedures governmental and labor requirements.

• Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent - Master degree in HRM is a plus
• Proven working experience as HR assistant manager or other HR executive Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
