Job Description
HR Assistant
- Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and Finance Officer
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding letters, HR issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Minimum 2 years experience in UAE HR or PRO role (preferably with freezone experience)
- Very comfortable with MS Office
- Knowledge of UAE labor law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree in HR or related field an advantage
- Arabic speakers preferred
