Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE labor law.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR matters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to organize training and development programs.
  • Handle documentation related to employee contracts and terminations.
  • Utilize real estate industry knowledge to understand specific HR needs within the sector.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law.
  • Previous experience in HR roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
