Role Description
We are seeking an
HR Assistant who is proficient in Arabic and English to support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations,
ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization. The main objectives of the role are to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management; support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks; facilitate effective communication between HR and employees; and contribute to the efficient functioning of HR activities and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Assist with recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
Coordinate HR activities and communications between employees and management.
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in HR & administrative support. Experience with ERP systems and customer service is also advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
Soft skills: Communication, organizational, customer service.
Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, HR processes, and
English & Arabic are required.
