Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company values and legal requirements.
Oversee employee performance management, including setting up appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and employee development programs.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and promoting a positive work culture.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation management.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Support organizational change and ensure smooth transitions during business expansion and restructuring.
Finance Responsibilities
:
Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Maintain and review financial policies to ensure compliance with UAE laws and company objectives.
Ensure efficient management of funds and investments to optimize business operations.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and drive profitability.
Assist in tax planning and coordination with auditors for annual financial audits.
Implement financial controls and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business management, real estate, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and finance roles, preferably in a real estate firm or property development company.
Skills:
Strong HR management skills, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to handle sensitive employee and financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
