Job description HR and Mobilization Specialist responsibilities The HR and Mobilization Specialist job description involves tasks and skills which focus on building and supporting the organization\xe2\x80\x99s workforce. They are tasked with identifying skills gaps and filling them with new staff or training existing employees. The HR and mobilization specialist partners with senior leadership to advise on best practice techniques to drive performance, productivity, and employee engagement. HR and Mobilization Specialist responsibilities include:
  • Talent management, acquisition, and retention
  • Employee relations
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Be the point of contact for employee-related inquiries.
  • Handle and address employees\xe2\x80\x99 complaints
  • Managing staff training and development
  • Performance review management
  • Assist staff in finding accommodation/hotel to stay
  • Assist employees in their stay in the UAE (acquiring mobile phones, numbers, and plans, acquiring driving license/arranging hospital visits/ ordering monthly meals, etc.)
  • Arranging and facilitating employee orientation
  • Communicate with existing PRO agency in the processing of Visa and other employee-related documents
  • Coordinating with the hiring department to come up with Job descriptions needed for Job advertisements.
  • Interviewing candidates and arranging the final interviews with the hiring department/team.
  • Drafting of letters/memos/updating HR manual
  • Maintaining and monitoring employee files
HR and mobilization specialist qualifications: The most sought-after HR managers have a western education, typically with degrees in human resources or management. Employers are also looking for HR managers with several years of relevant industry experience. HR managers should ideally have some of the following soft skills:
