Talent management, acquisition, and retention
Employee relations
Salary benchmarking
Be the point of contact for employee-related inquiries.
Handle and address employees\xe2\x80\x99 complaints
Managing staff training and development
Performance review management
Assist staff in finding accommodation/hotel to stay
Assist employees in their stay in the UAE (acquiring mobile phones, numbers, and plans, acquiring driving license/arranging hospital visits/ ordering monthly meals, etc.)
Arranging and facilitating employee orientation
Communicate with existing PRO agency in the processing of Visa and other employee-related documents
Coordinating with the hiring department to come up with Job descriptions needed for Job advertisements.
Interviewing candidates and arranging the final interviews with the hiring department/team.
Drafting of letters/memos/updating HR manual
Maintaining and monitoring employee files
HR and mobilization specialist qualifications: The most sought-after HR managers have a western education, typically with degrees in human resources or management.
