Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Administrations Executive to join our dynamic team in the Paper Packaging Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing office administration, all license renewals, OFC certificate renewals along with HR functions. Effective communication with various departments, providing detailed reports to support management decision-making, coordinating tasks assigned by Management and Support the operations of the company by playing a HRBP role.
Responsibilities:
1) Provides day to day support in HR and Administrative functions
*Responsible for recruitment, onboarding & offboarding processes.
*Organize and maintain accurate personnel records.
*Coordinate on employee's training needs and arrange training schedules for employees.
*Manage and process monthly payroll.
*Review and update HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
*Manage employee relations
*General office administration
*Organize and co-ordinate company events
*Perform other assignments and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferrable in a similar role in JAFZA Freezone.
Bachelor's degree in Business in HR management, or a related field.
Experience in JAFZA Freezone operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using ERP systems and Excel skills for reporting.
