Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job roles.
Ensure the selection of candidates who align with company culture and objectives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive, productive workplace environment.
Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts professionally.
Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
Performance Management & Development
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Guide managers on career development plans and employee improvement strategies.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Process monthly payroll, leave, and attendance records.
Administer employee benefits, insurance, and end-of-service settlements.
Accounts & Compliance (Supporting Role)
Financial Record Management
Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to
Corporate Tax, VAT, and AML regulations
.
Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
Real Estate Coordination
Maintain records of commissions, payments, and client transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
2-5 years of experience in HR, with
proven strength in hiring and recruitment
, preferably in real estate.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws, corporate tax, VAT, and AML compliance
.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in
HRMS systems, Microsoft Office
, and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
