Job Description

The Role
Temporary Contract: 4-5 Months Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the day-to-day core HR Admin operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of employee and visa requirements, including employment visas, residence permits, work permits, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle and manage the issuance of employment labour contracts, visa application process, medical appointment scheduling, medical insurance, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations in all HR-related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time and document renewal follow-ups (passport, Emirates ID, residence paperwork) are kept and updated in the system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management for any HR-related reporting and correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with government authorities, immigration agencies, external service providers, and PRO to ensure efficient processing and timely issuance of visas and permits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle visa-related queries, issues, and concerns from employees and provide appropriate guidance and solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated with the latest UAE immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and proper documentation for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, contracts, visas, passports, and other relevant documents and practice strict confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 5 years of work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and hands on experience in UAE visa process and procedures (mainland and freezone entities). \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Admin/HR experience and background. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Available to join immediately
