Job Description

We are seeking a Bahraini HR Administrator to support our HR department. The role includes managing employee records, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with Bahraini labor laws. Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee queries. Handle attendance, leave, and benefits administration. Support employee performance and training programs. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: Bahraini nationality (Only). BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in HR or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR . Knowledge of Bahraini labor laws. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; Arabic is a plus. Please send your resume/CV
