Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Administrator
to support daily HR operations, employee documentation, and HR system administration. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, amendments, confirmations, etc.)
Ensure proper filing, compliance, and confidentiality of HR documents
Support branch managers with HR-related requests and basic employee queries
Coordinate with operations and payroll teams on attendance, leaves, and basic HR reports
Work with HR systems
Support attendance and working hours tracking using shift-based systems
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in an
HR Administrator / HR Assistant
role in the UAE
Experience working with
HR systems
Experience with
shift-based attendance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of basic HR processes and documentation
Confident user of MS Office and online systems
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Prior experience in hospitality or multi-branch businesses is a plus
