Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support across all human resources functions. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our HR department and requires a candidate who is passionate about people, processes, and precision. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attendance).
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing welcome kits, scheduling inductions, and ensuring a smooth first day.
  • Facilitate the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews, collection of company assets, and final settlement calculations.
Government & Visa Processing:
  • Assist with the end-to-end visa processing for new and existing employees, including medical tests, Emirates ID, and work permits.
  • Handle the renewal and cancellation of visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE Labor Law and Free Zone requirements for documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
  • Support the payroll process by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance enrollment and renewal.
Employee Relations Support:
  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee policy and procedure questions.
  • Escalate complex employee relations issues to the HR Manager.
  • Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
  • Location-Specific Knowledge: Hands-on experience with UAE visa processing, Labor Law, and typing center requirements is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or payroll software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
