Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies) in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and HR programs.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Monitor and track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
Support internal HR projects, audits, and policy updates.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce.
Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Age 25-35
