will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations for the company's large and diverse workforce. This role will manage employee records, recruitment support, visa and compliance processes, and HR-related employee queries, while maintaining alignment with UAE Labor Law and company policies. Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years HR experience (preferably in Facilities Management / Cleaning Services / Labor-intensive industries).Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and visa processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
