Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
