Job Summary:
As an HR Administrator at JLX International, you'll support HR operations by managing administrative tasks, record-keeping, recruitment support, HRIS updates, and ensuring compliant processes in line with UAE labour law. You'll work under guidance of HR leadership and assist in maintaining smooth daily function across HR services.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties such as filing employee records (electronic & paper), drafting documents related to contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, screening CVs, coordinating onboarding paperwork.
  • Process timesheets, review overtime claims, assist with payroll-related documentation.
  • Maintain HR databases and assist in digitisation/automation of HR systems (e.g. HRIS, LMS).
  • Respond to employee HR queries, uphold confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Arrange HR/admin logistics such as travel coordination, filing, meeting support, and office requisitions where needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR administration experience, preferably within a UAE or GCC environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, labour documentation, WPS processes, visa procedures, etc. Strong communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Experience in the oil & gas or industrial/manufacturing sector is a plus.
