Responsible for efficient HR operations with strong focus on ERP systems, advanced Excel reporting, and UAE Labour Law compliance. The role requires a smart, proactive individual who understands processes quickly and ensures strict follow-up and closure of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs through ERP systems
Prepare and maintain HR reports using advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law: leaves, working hours, overtime, end-of-service benefits, and holidays
Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and statutory documentation
Coordinate with PRO, finance, and operations for HR-related follow-ups
Track employee issues and ensure timely resolution and documentation
Support audits and management reporting
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ERP/HRMS systems
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
Smart, analytical, and quick in understanding processes
Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years HR experience in UAE
Experience in construction/MEP industry preferred
