Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding
Assist with payroll processing and performance management
Handle PRO-related HR tasks
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of HR administration experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
