to support day-to-day human resources operations. The role will involve handling HR documentation, employee coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related correspondence
Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and other PRO-related documentation
Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and timesheets
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance reviews, training coordination, and HR reports
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum
2-4 years of HR administration experience
in the UAE
Prior experience in
engineering, construction, or technical industries
is preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Immediate or short notice period preferred
