Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, attendance records, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and performance tracking.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate staff training, evaluations, and internal communication.
Digital Marketing:
Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
Create posts, graphics, newsletters, and promotional content.
Support branding activities and marketing materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in HR and/or Digital Marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media Management Tools, Canva/Photoshop (added advantage).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law (advantage)
Basic graphic design and content writing skills
Knowledge in CRM / HRMS tools
