The HR Administrator will support the HR department in administrative and operational tasks related to employee management, payroll, recruitment, and compliance. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave balances, and personal information.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee-related paperwork.
Assist in processing visas, work permits, and medical insurance applications.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Assist in preparing and maintaining attendance records.
Support the payroll process by verifying timesheets and ensuring accuracy in employee salary calculations.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and any necessary adjustments.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in preparing job offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate the onboarding process by ensuring new employees receive necessary documentation and orientation.
HR Compliance & Employee Support
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and UAE labor laws.
Address employee queries regarding benefits, leave, and HR procedures.
Assist in preparing reports related to employee attendance, payroll, and HR costs.
General HR Support
Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
