Job Overview
:
The
HR Administrator
supports the daily operations of the HR department by managing employee records, monitoring employee mobilization, and handling administrative tasks related to attendance, leave, and documentation.
The role is vital in ensuring smooth HR processes across the company's construction sites and office environments.
What will you do?
1. Personnel Records & Documentation
Maintain and update
employee files
, ensuring compliance with labor and audit standards.
Prepare and organize
employment contracts, offer letters, warnings, and salary certificates
.
Archive and digitize personnel records into
HRMS/ERP system
(e.g., SAP B1).
2. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor and record
daily attendance
,
absenteeism
, and
overtime
for all employees (especially site-based).
Update and track
annual, sick, unpaid, and emergency leaves
.
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accuracy of attendance and leave data.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Facilitate
joining formalities
: ID issuance, system entry, and orientation coordination.
Support
exit procedures
: clearance forms, asset return, and file closure.
Coordinate with PRO for
visa processing
, renewals, and cancellations.
4. General Administrative Tasks
Issue
HR letters
(e.g., salary, NOC, bank letters) as requested.
Assist in
HR report generation
, including headcount and turnover reports.
Support in organizing
trainings, events
, and internal HR initiatives.
5. Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between site HR representatives and the head office.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leaves, and document requests.
Ensure site HR teams are updated on policy changes and documentation procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in the
construction or contracting sector
.
UAE experience and understanding of
labor law procedures
are highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in
HRMS or ERP systems
(SAP B1 is a plus).
Excellent in
MS Office
, especially
Excel
for tracking attendance and leaves.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.
