Job Description

Key Responsibilities



HR Operations

: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Recruitment Support

: Assist in job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations

: Be the first point of contact for employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.

Payroll and Benefits

: Coordinate payroll, manage benefits administration, and handle employee compensation queries.

Policy Management

: Assist in creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Training and Development

: Support training sessions and track employee development initiatives.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR or administrative role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
