Administrative Assistants are vital to the success of our business at P&G. You will provide administrative and office support to drive outstanding work processes and execution to meet the business objectives. You need be focused, highly dedicated and motivated, have the agility needed to adjust to various schedules and situations and be flexible to flow where work is needed, improve, change and simplify processes. Your responsibilities will include efficient & quality day-to-day administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department, and supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs. Examples of your day-to-day tasks could include complex calendar management and triage, e-mail monitoring, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, domestic & international travel arrangements, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, and creation and management of purchase orders. You should also be agile and responsive to sensing/feedback, a powerful collaborator, and eager to learn new things. You will be a critical partner to department leadership as well as an important member of the team.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of a four-year college degree
  • Previous Administrative Experience (preferred 2-5 years)
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, WebEx, etc.
  • Proven ability to communicate in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Exceptional organization and follow through skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet multiple deadline with excellence
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
